can full black girls get their hair curly the same as mixedrace girls?
even if the full black person has mixedrace decent can it still work also? because my grandma is half chinese and i just wanted to know if it would work

I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking. Are you talking about naturally or synthetically (curlers, for instance)? I guess you’d be surprised that not all mixed race girls loose curls, some have very tight curls like most blacks, it really depends on the genes they get. And, most blacks have hair that is tightly curled or coily (which is also the definition of “nappy”).
I’m fully black and I have loose curls as does many people in my fully black family, so not all blacks have tight curls/coils. The only thing I have to do is add a good cream moisturizer to my hair to bring out my natural curls. If your hair is naturally curly (most blacks have tightly curled/coily hair) then you can bring them out by finding the right moisturizer. There are curl defining products on the market that help bring out your natural curls. You can also use curl activator to bring out those curls. I used to use this a few months ago before I switched over to natural products. There are also products that are specifically made for natural hair such as Carol’s Daughter and Mixed Chics. You just have to find something that works best for your hair and you might have to try many products before you find The One.
If your hair is not naturally curls, if you have straight hair from your Chinese ancestory then you’d have to put some kind of chemical in your hair like a curly perm or something or try using rollers and curling irons. If you already have a relaxer in your hair then you’d have cut it out if you want to go back to your naturally curly hair. Look up some natural hair websites and message boards and you’ll get tips on how to make your natural hair shine.
