Is it too son to enroll my 3 year old son in soccer classes?
FYI. He is not in day care, he spends all the time with me. (we do go to play groups and gymboree classes, but he is very attached to me)
Please answer based on your experiences? if your children (at that age) enjoyed or not.
In general, it’s too soon. Soccer is not recommended before age 5 http://www.toddler-net.com/Sport_page1.html
But we signed up our son at soccer when he was about 3.5 y.o. He really liked it and made a lot of friends there.
If you chose to enroll your son in soccer at this age make sure its a simplified version of soccer with as little as possible number of drills. It’s should be fun!
